Adding Funds: Because the PanAmericard is a reloadable stored value card,
cardholders can add value to their card accounts whenever they wish.
You can do this by visiting an authorized retail location.
For cardholders who sign up online there is the further option of funding
their card accounts online via credit card and/or bank account (ACH).
To find an authorized retail location in your area, just click the
Agent Locator link from any page of this website.
Purchasing Goods: The PanAmericard can be used to purchase goods at over
26 million point of sale locations worldwide. Use your Personal
Identification Number (PIN) to access funds.
Transferring Funds: Funds may be transferred from one PanAmericard
to another simply by entering the required account information using the online
form available at this website or by calling our toll free customer service
number 1-800-746-7246 and following the directions.
If you would like to send funds to family or friends who do not already
have PanAmericards, you can order an additional card and send it to the
intended recipient. Funds can then be added whenever you wish either
online or at an authorized retail location.
Phone Card: To use the PanAmericard as a phone card simply call
(866) 704-8539 and enter your password. Charges will be automatically
deducted from the available balance on your card.
